Résumé
In a global economic context marked by increasing competition, digital transformation is a key lever for enhancing corporate competitiveness. The Human Resources function is evolving towards a strategic role, supported by the adoption of digital tools such as ERP systems. This thesis examines the impact of integrating Odoo, an open-source ERP, on human resource management within the Algerian industrial company TAYAL SPA. The aim is to assess the operational efficiency of HR processes, task automation, and improved decision-making through real-time data. Two main hypotheses are proposed: first, that automation via Odoo frees time for strategic tasks; second, that access to reliable data improves the quality of HR decisions. This research combines theoretical review and qualitative empirical study to provide context-specific recommendations.
