Résumé
The objective of this study is to understand and explore the influence of digital transformation on human resource management (HRM). The latter has profoundly transformed the management of human resources within cereals and dried vegetables’ cooperative (CCLS), generating considerable advantages that have enabled the company to excel in its activities.
Indeed, this transformation has revolutionized the human resources information system (HRIS) by providing benefits such as time and space savings, seamless communication, rapid information transfer, and cost reduction. The results of our research confirm the crucial importance of digital transformation for the human resources function.
