Employee performance evaluation is a key process for modern organizations. This study examines contemporary tools (360° feedback, OKRs, AI) and their limitations. Findings show these methods enhance objectivity but remain prone to bias. The 360° feedback provides a multidimensional view but may lack neutrality. Automated software simplifies the process, yet cost and rigidity are concerns. OKRs align goals but can create stress. AI enables real-time analysis but raises ethical issues. Key challenges include employee resistance, data overload, and high costs. For effective evaluation, organizations should combine quantitative and qualitative tools, train managers, and ensure transparency. A balanced approach is crucial to maximize benefits while minimizing risks.
