- ItemTHE INTERACTING EFFECTS OF BOARD TRAINING BETWEEN HR DASHBOARDS AND HR PERFORMANCE(2025-06) GOURARA INES NADIAThe objective of this study is to examine the interacting effects of board training between HR dashboards and HR performance at AGEFAL, a public-sector subsidiary of the Logitrans Group in Oran, Algeria. Board training is treated as a moderating variable conditioning the relationship between HR dashboard utilization and HR performance outcomes. The study employs a qualitative single-case design. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview with the Head of Human Resources and a structured Likertscale questionnaire administered to five employees. The results indicate that the sustained absence of an HR dashboard is associated with systematic HR performance deficits across recruitment, employee development, and workforce objective achievement. Furthermore, the 2010 HR dashboard initiative collapsed not due to technical failure but due to the absence of board-level analytical training, confirming the moderating role of board training. The findings provide evidence that HR dashboard investment alone is insufficient; governance capability must precede and sustain it. These results carry implications for HR analytics adoption and corporate governance reform in Algerian public enterprises
