| dc.description.abstract | First and foremost, I thank Almighty God for granting me the strength, patience, and perseverance necessary to carry out this work. I would like to express my deep gratitude to my supervisor Dr. GUERNAZI, for his guidance, valuable advice, availability, and support throughout the completion of this thesis. I extend my sincere thanks to Prof. DERDOUR for his guidance and support during the fieldwork phase and clinical side of this study. I also thank Mr. LAZOUNI for his support and valuable contribution during my long internship.
