Résumé
First and foremost, I thank Almighty God for granting me the strength, patience, and perseverance necessary to carry out this work. I would like to express my deep gratitude to my supervisor Dr. GUERNAZI, for his guidance, valuable advice, availability, and support throughout the completion of this thesis. I extend my sincere thanks to Prof. DERDOUR for his guidance and support during the fieldwork phase and clinical side of this study. I also thank Mr. LAZOUNI for his support and valuable contribution during my long internship. My sincere thanks also go to the members of the jury, who kindly agreed to evaluate this thesis and devote their time to its examination. I thank all my ISTA teachers (Prof. CHIALI, Prof. KAIL, Mme.
