This project presents the design and implementation of an ESP32-based water level control system using a Proportional–Integral–Derivative (PID) controller. Water level is measured by an ultrasonic sensor and regulated through a PWM-controlled DC pump to maintain a desired setpoint. The system supports both automatic tuning, based on the Åström–Hägglund relay feedback and Ziegler–Nichols methods, and manual PID parameter adjustment. A local Human–Machine Interface (HMI) consisting of a 16×2 LCD and a 4×4 keypad enables user interaction, while a Python-based SCADA application provides wireless real-time monitoring and visualization via Wi-Fi.
