Evaluation of the effectiveness and impacts of CSR programs implemented by SONELGAZ Company in the context of sustainable development: An employee perspective

Résumé
This research investigates the effectiveness of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs implemented by SONELGAZ and their alignment with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Adopting a mixed-methods approach, the study combines qualitative analysis of SONELGAZ’s strategic documents with quantitative data from a structured employee survey. The findings highlight a moderate level of CSR awareness and engagement among employees, as well as varying perceptions regarding the effectiveness and societal impact of CSR initiatives. Thematic document analysis reveals strategic alignment with national development priorities and global sustainability frameworks. The study confirms the relevance of employee feedback in enhancing CSR strategies and provides recommendations for strengthening CSR communication, stakeholder engagement, and program monitoring. The results offer valuable insights for public enterprises aiming to embed sustainability in governance and organizational culture
